-Every Saturday: 9.00-10.00am (not available temporarily)

(Open to all ages and all levels, no experience necessary)

PRIVATE CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE

If you are coming for your first yoga class, do the followings:
a. come early, 10 mins before the class starts
b. wear appropriate and comfortable clothing i.e. no shorts or tiny T, nothing too tight or too loose

c. consume nothing heavy at least 2hrs before the class or you'll vomit halfway thru it....
